Mike featured in Portraits celebrating Black talent
A new collection of portraits celebrating Black talent in hospitality has gone on display at restaurants across the capital, to mark Black History Month.
Well-regarded food photographer Julian George and chef Mike Reid – the culinary director of M Restaurants, as well as a familiar face from the rebooted Ready, Steady, Cook – have partnered for the series, which celebrates 28 top chefs across the industry. Those featured include 12:51’s James Cochran, Akoko’s William Chilila, Zoe Adjonyoh of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen and Reid himself.
